David Erczmann

David has over 10 years of experience within the facilities sector, and 9 years of experience working with LinkSafe. During his time at LinkSafe, David has been instrumental in building it into a leading online contractor management solution.

David has a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management) from Swinburne University.  David spent time working at Programmed Group – starting as a ‘Management Trainee’ and working through various roles including Project Management, Account Management, and finishing as a National Business Development Manager before moving to Spectrum Fire as their Victorian Sales Manager.

David’s combined experience includes a detailed knowledge of contractor management processes, analysing clients pain points and deciphering ‘road blocks’ that are currently in place with their individual businesses. David also has a passion for treating every client as an individual and understanding that each client requires an individualised solution – hence why LinkSafe has become a modular-based platform.

David has a passion for building strong lasting relationships and is well-regarded within communities such as the Institute of Health Engineers Australia, and the Facility Management Association of Australia.

David is on the committee of the Victorian Facilities Management Association Committee (FMA).

Outside work, David loves spending time with his wife and two boys – he’s also a mad Richmond Tigers supporter and a mad Arsenal Gunners supporter in the English Premier League.
